Who doesn't love limoncello?

At our February meeting, we learned about a multi-generational family tending a lemon orchard for over a century on the Amalfi Coast.

Following the presentation, Piper Cole of Colebrook Kitchen taught a class in how to make limoncello.  It was a little messy, but everyone had a blast!  The limoncello will be ready just in time for the hot nights of summer.
